1.This product can easily and
quickly dehydrate various vegetables, fruits (peel),vanilla, herbs,
beans, meat, fish and shrimp, bread, mushrooms, tea and other
ingredients, with hot air. Nutritional ingredients will be firmly locked
without adding any pigments, additives, or flavoring agents. Drying
prolongs the preservation time of food.

1.The
recommended drying temperature for general food: herbs/flowers 35-40 °
C, vegetables 50-55 ° C, fruits 55-60 ° C meat/fish 65-68 ° C, the
drying time of food depends on its thickness (environmental temperature
and temperature also have an impact), the thinner the faster the drying.
2.The
pre-treated food evenly distributed to each layer of shelves, the
temperature to adjust to the required temperature, vegetables and fruits
should not exceed 63℃,
so as not to destroy the food's own vitamins. Some fruits will produce
their own protection to avoid drying, encounter such fruits, you can
first boil 1-2 minutes, then put in cold water and drain before drying.
3. When the
dry fruit machine enters the working state, there is obvious wind
blowing out of the vent at the front door, and the sound of the wind can
be heard when the machine is working.
4. According
to different food and personal tastes and other needs to choose drying
time (such as soft or crisp, etc.) dehydrated dried fruits can be put
into zipper storage bags, sealed bottles, and put in the refrigerator.
5. After the
machine is put, please plug in the power supply, open the switch behind
the machine, choose the temperature you want, the machine must be set in
the state of timing time and temperature can work normally. The time
must be set greater than or greater than 1 hour, and the temperature
should be above 35℃.

1. Do not overlap foods. Lay foods flat on the
Dehydrating Racks.
2. Check dryness after 6 hours, then check every 2 hours until crisp,
pliable or leathery depending on the product.
3. Check foods to make sure they are completely dry before removing.
Open or cut down the middle of a few samples to check internal dryness.
lf the foods is still moist,dehydrate longer.
4. Label each container with the food name, date of drying and the
original weight. Keep a journal to help improve drying techniques.
5. Proper storage is essential to maintain quality food. Package the
food when cool. Foods can be kept longer if stored in a cool, dark, dry
place. The ideal storagetemperature is 60°F(16°C)or lower.
6. Place dried foods in plastic freezer bags before storing in metal or
glass containers. Remove as much air as possible before sealing.
7. Vacuum sealing is ideal for keeping dried foods.
8. Remember, foods will shrink approximately 1/4 to 1/2 their original
size and weight during the dehydration process,so pieces should not be
cut too small. One poundof raw meat will yield approximately 1/3 lb.(0.2
kg) to 1/2lb.(0.2kg) of jerky.
9. Use the Drying Guide on the control panel as a reference for proper
temperature settings. lf the heat is set too high, food may harden and
dry on the outside,yet bemoist on the inside . lf the temperature is too
low, the drying time will increase. |
